Abstract
This Notification implementing the Energy Efficiency Law No. 5627, provides for the principles and procedures concerning education and certification programmes aiming at increasing awareness in businesses and industries. The Notification sets forth provisions on energy manager trainings, consultancy trainings, exams and monitoring and supervision of training programs.
