Abstract
This Notification sets forth the rules and methods of non commercial fishing between 1 September 2012 and 31 August 2016. The Notification covers provisions on issues such as requirements for non commercial fishing by Turkish citizens, requirements for non commercial fishing by foreign nationals, permits for sport fishing tourism, restrictions on specific species, non commercial fishing in inland waters, non commercial fishing in marine waters, prohibitions and restrictions in seas.
