This Notification sets forth the principles and procedures regarding the entrance into or movement within the Country of certain harmful organisms, plants, plant products and other objects for trial or scientific purposes and for work on varietal selections which are covered by the Annex 1, Annex 2, Annex 3, Annex 4 and Annex 5 of the Regulation on plant quarantine.
