Abstract
This Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures that plants and plant products are subject to at points of entry and exit and the rules and procedures of plant quarantine. The Regulation covers provisions on plants and plant products which are prohibited to enter in the country, on the determination of harmful organisms creating impediment for import of plants and plant products and on official controls for export and import. The Regulation further determines rules and procedures on plant health certificates and sampling and analysis methods.
