Abstract
This Notification sets forth principles and procedures of inspection on imported wastes according to the environmental protection standards. This Notification shall apply to the imported wastes which are subject to environmental protection control and listed in Annex-I. This Notification sets forth provisions on importer, application procedures, compliance inspection, import-prohibited wastes, waste generated in free zone, customs procedures, sanctions and related measures. The import-prohibited wastes are listed in Annex-II/A and Annex-II/B.
