Abstract
This Notification sets forth procedures and principles for designation of authorities for sampling and analysis of fertilizers in the scope of the Regulation on chemical fertilizers used in agriculture and Regulation on Organic, Mineral and Microbial Fertilizers Used in Agriculture before presenting to market. The procedures and principles to be followed in analysis of the audit samples shall be determined by the Protocol signed between the analysis authorities and the General Directorate of Plant Production. This Notification specifies analysis fees in Annex-III and lists the competent authorities and laboratories accredited for analysis of fertilizers in Annex-IV.
