Abstract
This Notification determines the school food approval conditions for prepackaged foods that will be offered for sale/consumption directly to the student in food businesses such as cafeterias, canteens, buffets, and tea shops operating within the education and training institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Education and the school food logo to be used in these foods. Article 5 underlines that the School Food Logo cannot be used on foods that have not received school food approval from the Ministry. This Notification lays down provisions on the establishment and duties of the School Food Commission; specifications and use of school food logo; considerations regarding school food inspection; collaboration with non-governmental organizations; and administrative sanctions.

Articles 5 and 7 enter into force on 6 July 2021 and other provisions enter into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
Notes
The provisions of this Notification shall be executed jointly by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education.
