Regulation of special hygiene rules for school canteens.

This Regulation lays down rules regarding the special hygiene requirements, safety of food offered for sale and consumption and official control of food businesses such as cafeterias, canteens, buffets, and tea shops operating within the education and training institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Education.
Furthermore, this Regulation sets out provisions on special hygiene requirements (Article 5), and hygiene requirements for equipment (Article 6), personnel's places (Article 7), hand washing and sanitation (Article 8), ventilation (Article 9), lightning (Article 10), water use (Article 11), wastewater sewage systems (Article 12), storage of cleaning and disinfection agents (Article 13),personnel (Article 14), training of personnel working in food businesses (Article 15), supply of raw materials and/or food (Article 16), storage and preservation of raw materials and/or food (Article 17), preparation of food (Article 18), cooking (Article 19), freezing of food (Article 20), thawing of food (Article 21), transportation (Article 22), temperature control and cold chain (Article 23), service, sale and consumption of food (Article 24), pest control (Article 25), cleaning and disinfection (Article 26), waste and garbage management (Article 27), substances and materials in contact with food (Article 28), traceability (Article 29), and recalls and emergencies (Article 30). Food safety and hygiene control in food businesses shall be carried out by control officers authorized by the Provincial/District Directorates of the Ministry in accordance with the inspection program.
