Abstract
This Notification lays down provisions for supporting producers that are engaged in biological and/or biotechnical control in order to reduce the use of chemical pesticides by applying alternative control techniques in plant production. To this end, this Notification sets forth the procedures and principles regarding the payment of support payments to these producers for the protection of human health and the environment.
