Abstract
This Notification lays down provisions for supporting producers that are engaged in biological and/or biotechnical control in order to replace the use of chemical pesticides with alternative control techniques in plant production. To this end, this Notification sets forth the procedures and principles regarding the payment of support payments to these producers for the protection of human health and the environment.
