Abstract
This Notification inserts the definition of Nitrate Action Plan as action plan prepared within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the Regulation on the Protection of Water Against Agricultural Nitrate Pollution in order to prevent and reduce pollution in waters arising from agricultural activities. Moreover, this Notification amends Article 6 on identification of agricultural enterprises within the scope of the Code of Good Agricultural Practices and their obligations to comply with storage of solid and liquid manure especially when planning animal manure warehouses of enterprises operating in drinking water basins.

Entry into force notes
This Notification enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall be effective as of 11 February 2021.
