Abstract
This Notification lays down the procedures and principles regarding the works and transactions for the use of the annual export quota of eel and the issuance of a CITES document for its export. Furthermore, eel whose stocks are determined, can only be used, sold, transported or exported with permit obtained from the Ministry's provincial/district directorate.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall be effective as of 1 January 2021.
