Abstract
This Notification amends Article 6 of the principal Notification. This amendment states that eel fishing, stock determination of products caught before the fishing ban, export permit, and transportation/origin certificate issuance procedures shall be carried out in accordance with the principles in the Notification No. 2024/20 on commercial fishing. It sets out mandatory procedures regarding the issuance of sales notification, fishing certificates and CITES certificates. Furthermore, the export of eel shall be carried out in accordance with GTIP laid down in the Notification No. 2011/1 on the international trade of Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.
