Notification No. 2022/36 on support for animal husbandry.

The purposes of this Notification are: (I) to ensure the development and sustainability of animal husbandry, (II) to increase efficiency in the implementation of livestock policies, (III) to protect and develop local animal genetic resources, (IV) to keep records up to date, and (V) to support breeders to cope with animal diseases for healthy animal production. The areas for support for animal husbandry include calves, milk content analysis support for breeding purposes, young buffalo calves, female buffalo, brood sheep and goat, herd renewal and improvement, apiculture, sericulture, employment of herd manager (shepherd), buying heifers, fattening male cattle/buffalo, angora goat and mohair production, animal waste, disease-free businesses, scheduled vaccine and ear tag applications, animal disease compensation, and in-situ conservation and development of animal genetic resources.
