Abstract
This Notification shall apply to trout hatcheries which are (I) holding aquaculture certificate approved by the Ministry, (II) registered in Aquaculture Information System, and (III) free from the diseases listed in this Notification. This Notification sets forth provisions on the required qualifications for support payment, application procedures, inspection and liabilities. Trout hacheries which apply for incentives, shall take biosecurity measures set out in Annex-1.
