Notification No. 2023/44 on state support for breeding broodstock trout in disease-free hatcheries.

Abstract
This Notification shall apply to trout hatcheries producing eggs/fry and that are (I) holding aquaculture certificate approved by the Ministry, (II) registered in Aquaculture Information System, and (III) free from the diseases listed in this Notification. This Notification lays down provisions on the requirements for support payment, application procedures, powers of the provincial and district institutions, inspection and the liabilities of the applicants as well as the authorized institutions. Broodstock trout hacheries which apply for incentives, shall take biosecurity measures set out in Annex-1.

This Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette and be effective from 1 January 2023.
