Abstract
This Notification sets out the export list for 2023 which includes families, genera and species of flower bulbs which are export-prohibited and collected from nature; families, genera and species of flower bulbs limited by quota in terms of nature and production; and the families, genera and species of flower bulbs whose export amounts and environmental measurements are free from production. This Notification prohibits dismantling of in places and species determined according to the status of the populations and the principles of alternation. To this end, Galanthus elwesii (Taurus snowdrop) species cannot be collected in Akseki, İbradı and Gündoğmuş districts of Antalya province. This Notification sets administrative sanctions for the persons or organizations that collect unauthorized or illegal items from nature, in accordance with the Environmental Law No. 2872.
