Abstract
This Notification lays down the procedures and principles regarding the support provided to small scale fishing vessel owners in 2023 and 2024. The purposes of this Notification are to collect catch, fishing and socioeconomic data of small scale fisheries at sea and in inland waters and to ensure sustainable management. This Notification shall apply to fishing vessels of less than 12 meters in length at sea and all fishing vessels operating in inland waters, which are registered to the Fisheries Information System (SUBIS) and holding a valid fishing license.
