Abstract
This Decree lays down provisions regarding support payment to be made during 2023 and 2024 to small scale fishers for collecting catch, fishing and socio-economic data of small-scale fishing vessels operating at sea and in inland waters and ensuring their sustainable management. This Decree shall apply to fishing vessels under 12 meters at sea and all fishing vessels operating in inland waters which hold a valid license.
