Notification No. 2023/49 on support for agricultural products stored in the licensed warehouse.

This Notification lays down the procedures and principles support payments regarding the rent, transportation and analysis fee to be made to producer/producer organizations in case of storage in warehouses operating under license within the framework of the Law No. 5300 on licenced warehouses for agricultural products, and the duties and liabilities of the competent institutions in this regard. Support payments shall apply to wheat, barley, rye, oats, corn, paddy, rice, lentils, chickpeas, beans, peas, sunflower, cotton, nuts, pistachios, dried apricots, raisins, olives and olive oil.
