Notification No. 2024/31 on payments for supporting plant production and some other agricultural activities.

The purposes of this Notification are to: (I) increase plant production, (II) increase yield and quality, (III) contribute to meeting production costs, (IV) ensure sustainability and supply security, (V) increase registration, (VI) reduce the use of chemicals in plant production, (VII) ensure the development of environmentally friendly alternative agricultural techniques to protect human health and the natural balance, and (VIII) provide support to real and legal persons who store their agricultural products in licensed warehouses.
The scope of payments include fuel, fertilizer, soil analysis, organic production, good agricultural practices, family farming, hazelnut production, the use of solid organic-organomineral fertilizer, rehabilitation of traditional olive gardens, deficiency payments, the use of nationally certified seeds and saplings, feed crops, the use of biological and/or biotechnological control agents in plant production, the use of licensed warehouse, and the participation in the farm accounting data network system.
