Notification No. 2023/6 on the Research and Development Support Program.

This Notification aims to provide support for research and development projects deemed appropriate, in order to develop information and technologies on priority issues needed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the agricultural sector and to transfer this information and technologies to farmers and agricultural industrialists. The priority issues shall be determined by the R&D Support Program Evaluation Board and must serve at least one of the following: (I) solving the problems encountered in agricultural production and agriculture-based industry; (II) contributing to the development of products, systems, processes, methods, technologies or to the improvement of existing ones; (III) developing alternative local and national products to machines, devices, software, additives, diagnostic kits, vaccines, medicines, fertilizers, feed imported by our country; (IV) developing technologies and applications to increase efficiency and quality and reduce costs in agricultural production; (V) developing export-oriented machines, devices, products, systems, processes, methods, and technologies in order to increase the competitiveness of the agricultural sector at the global level; and (VI) increasing the effectiveness of policies implemented in the field of agriculture.
