Notification No. 2025/10 regarding the research and development support program.

This Notification aims to support research and development projects deemed appropriate by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, focusing on the development of knowledge and technologies in priority areas needed by the Ministry and the agricultural sector, and the transfer of this knowledge and technology to farmers and agricultural industrialists. The priority issues shall be determined by the Ministry and must serve at least one of the following: (I) solving the problems encountered in agricultural production and agriculture-based industry; (II) contributing to the development of products, systems, processes, methods, technologies or to the improvement of existing ones; (III) developing alternative local and national products to imported machines, devices, software, additives, diagnostic kits, vaccines, medicines, fertilizers, and feed; (IV) developing technologies and applications that increase efficiency and quality and reduce costs in agricultural production; (V) developing export-oriented machines, devices, products, systems, processes, methods, and technologies in order to increase the competitiveness of the agricultural sector at the global level; and (VI) conducting research and providing policy advice for increasing the effectiveness of policies implemented in the field of agriculture.
