Abstract
This Notification sets out administrative fines as laid down in Article 20 of the Environment Law No. 2872, with an increase at the revaluation rate of 2023. Administrative fines shall be imposed on real persons or legal entities for the violations of the provisions concerning GHG emissions, air pollution, environmental permits, EIA, environmental standards, noise pollution, oil pollution, marine pollution, wastewater discharge, biodiversity conservation, protected areas, forest fires, water pollution, environmental pollution, risk management, recycling, hazardous substances, plastics, and waste management.
