Abstract
This Notification sets out administrative fines as laid down in Article 10 of the Energy Efficiency Law No. 5627, for the violation of the provisions concerning the authorization of companies providing energy efficiency services; education and awareness-raising to increase the effectiveness of energy efficiency services and energy awareness; practices required to increase energy efficiency; and financial support to energy efficiency application projects and to practices relating to reducing energy intensity and research and development projects. This Notification determines administrative fines with an increase at the revaluation rate of 2023.
