Abstract
This Notification lays down the procedures and principles of the support payments to be provided for aquaculture facilities that are registered in the Aquaculture Information System (SUBIS) and licensed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The scope of state support include trout, carp, mussel, and new species, such as sturgeon, turbot, common seabream, coral, sinagrite, white grouper, sharpsnout seabream, shi drum, brown meagre, white seabream, striped seabream, yellowtail barracuda, yellowmouth barracuda, pink dentex, sheatfish, barbus grypus, blackfish, european eel, tilapia, crayfish, shrimp, medicinal leeches, black sea trout and red spotted trout. This Notification sets forth provisions on the requirements to be entitled to the subsidy, application procedures, the powers of the provincial and district institutions, liabilities and inspection.
