Abstract
This Notification sets out the administrative fines for environmental law violations as per Article 20 of the Environment Law No. 2872. The Annex of this Notification lists the amounts of administrative fines to be applied for the breach of rules in the fields of air pollution, EIA, waste prevention, noise pollution, marine pollution, oil pollution, wastewater discharge, freshwater pollution, water conservation zone, surface water, groundwater, disposal of hazardous waste and substances, mariculture, protected areas, wetlands, forest management, environmental services, disaster risk management, recycling, plastic bags, and emissions.

This Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette and shall be effective from 1 January 2025.
