Abstract
This Notification sets forth the administrative fines applicable under Article 10 of Energy Efficiency Law No. 5627 for non-compliance with legal requirements concerning the authorization of energy efficiency service providers, the promotion of education and awareness in the field of energy efficiency, the implementation of energy efficiency measures, and the provision of financial support for energy efficiency projects, energy intensity reduction initiatives, and related research and development activities.
