Notification No. 2026/10 on supporting investments in water-efficient agricultural irrigation systems within the scope of rural development support.

This Notification lays down provisions for extending the use of modern pressurized irrigation systems by producers, providing production with better quality and suitable for market demand, and raising the level of income in rural areas. It sets out the duties and responsibilities of the General Directorate, Provincial Directorate and District Directorate under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The areas of investment are listed in Article 8 as follows: (i) field systems: drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, micro-sprinkler irrigation, subsurface drip irrigation; (ii) large mechanical systems: center pivot/linear irrigation systems, drum irrigation systems; (iii) renewable energy and technology-focused systems: solar-powered irrigation (irrigation systems + panels), smart irrigation/automation systems (sensor, control, remote management).
