Notification regarding the production, packaging and marketing of sugar.

This Notification sets forth procedures and principles for producing a type of sugar listed in Law No. 4634 such as cube sugar, brown sugar, caster sugar by providing one type of sugar listed in Article. 2 of Law No. 4634 in sugar factories and in companies which are not defined as sugar factories and for packaging and marketing of sugar types listed in Law No. 4634. This Notification covers procedures and principles for producing a type of sugar such as beet sugar, sugar, starch-based sugar species, cube sugar, brown sugar, caster sugar, invert sugar solution, invert sugar syrup, sugar solution defined in Article. 2 of Law No. 4634 and for packaging and marketing of all sugar types within the scope of Law No. 4634.
