Abstract
This Notification sets forth the requirements of the institutions responsible for the verification of greenhouse gas emissions and the authorization and accreditation of these institutions according to the Regulation on tracking of greenhouse gas emissions. This Notification sets forth provisions on basic principles of verification, obligations, strategic analysis, risk assessment, verification plan, verification activities, procedural matters, data verification, verification of tracking method, examplication, field visit, registration, verification report, non-verified greenhouse gas emission reports, as well as the duties, responsibilities, requirements, the scope, structure, experts, accreditation and inspection of the authorized institutions for verification.

Paragraph 2 of Article 42 enters into force on 1 January 2019 and the other provisions enter into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
