Abstract
This Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures of the tracing, verification and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions resulting from the operations listed in Annex I of the Regulation. The Regulation further provides for the requirements of the institutions responsible for the verification of greenhouse gas emissions and provides for the authorization and accreditation of these institutions.

Entry into force notes
Article 6 of this Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2015, Article 7 on 1 January 2016, Article 11 on 1 January 2017 and the rest of the articles of this Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
Notes
The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Minister of Environment and Urbanization.
