Abstract
This Decree lays down provisions on the provision of state support for excessive amount of damage which is calculated according to loss ratio of risks arising from insurance contracts concluded by the Agricultural Insurance Pool between the period between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023, but which cannot be transferred to national and international markets. This support commitment includes but not limited to the excess portion related exclusively to frost risk of crops, animal diseases and drought.

This Decree enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette and shall be effective from 1 January 2023.

The provisions of this Decree are enforced by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
