Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to contribute to ensuring food security and sustainability in agricultural production by supporting the water use service fees of farmers engaged in agricultural production in irrigation fields operated by irrigation unions and irrigation cooperatives, and reducing production costs and increasing their competitiveness. Agricultural producers who will benefit from this support are required to be registered in the Farmer Registration System. The period of the application for the support within the scope of this Decree starts on 1 January 2023 and ends on 31 December 2023.

Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette and shall become effective as of 1 January 2023.
Notes
The provisions of this Decree are enforced by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
