Abstract
This Decree sets out the procedures and principles to support fishing vessel owners in marine and inland waters of the provinces declared as disaster areas due to the earthquakes that occurred on 6 February 2023. The purposes of this Decree are to cover their income losses and to ensure the sustainability of their fishing activities. This Decree lays down the conditions of one-time support payment to be made between the period of 6 February 2023 and 31 December 2023.

Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette and shall be effective as of 6 February 2023.
