Abstract
The loss premium ratio of risks arising from insurance contracts concluded by the agricultural insurance pool between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024, but not transferred to national and international markets, excess loss support has been committed: (i) between 80% and 95% for the part remaining above the pool, (ii) over 200% for the part carried by the pool and the insurance companies providing business to the pool, (iii) exclusively for the frost risk of plant products, foot and mouth disease in livestock, additional diseases and terror risks, and greenhouse and aquaculture, for the part exceeding 200%, in its entirety, and (iv) exclusively for the part exceeding 200%, in its entirety, regarding village-based drought yield insurance.

Entry into force notes
This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication, effective as of 1 January 2024.
Notes
The provisions of this Decree are enforced jointly by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Ministry responsible for insurance.
