Abstract
This Regulation aims at carrying out the acceptance procedure in compliance with the relevant legislation and standards in order to install and operate the electricity generation facilities with modern technology. This Regulation sets forth provisions on (i) authorization of control institutions and their duties and responsibilities, (ii) construction of the electricity generation facilities, as well as testing, control and acceptance procedures, (iii) preliminary and provisional acceptance, (iv) connection of the electricity generation facilities to the transmission and distribution networks, (v) management, personnel and maintenance of the facilities, and (vi) training of personnel.
