Abstract
This Regulation amends Article 3 as “this Regulation implements articles 2/1/(j) and 28 of the Law No. 3154 on the establishment and functions of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources”. This Regulation makes minor changes in “definitions” section in Article 4 of the Regulation. Furthermore this Regulation amends Article 5 regarding delegation, assignment and authorization, Article 6 regarding authorization of inspection organization, Article 9 regarding inspection and starting procedure, Article 10 regarding preliminary acceptance, Article 15 regarding operating the facility, Article 19 regarding technical and administrative responsibilities, and Article 20 regarding procedures and principles. This Regulation adds Article 6/A regarding sanctions for inspection organizations, 10/A regarding payment for electricity production and Provisional Clause 3 regarding authorization of inspection organizations before the publication of technical guidelines.
