Abstract
This Regulation lays down the procedures and principles for licensing, manufacture, import, placing on the market and periodic inspection of agricultural pest protection tools and machines and the responsibilities of dealers and their control. In addition, this Regulation sets out provisions on the licensing and use of unmanned aerial vehicle systems as agricultural pest protection tools and machines.

Entry into force notes
Articles 20 and 21 shall enter into force one year after the publication date, and the other articles shall enter into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
