Abstract
This Regualtion sets forth the principles and provisions of approval, manifacture, import, sale and control of agricultural pest protection tools and machines. The regulation also covers principles and procedures related to licensing, supply to the market, sale of the agricultural protection tools and machines and regulates the responsibilities of dealers and their control. The Regulation consists 7 Chapters and 9 annex clauses.
