Abstract
The purpose of this Regulation is to control and reduce soot, smoke, dust, gas, steam and aerosol emissions due to industries and energy producing intallations to protect human health and to prevent air pollution. The Regulation contains principles and procedures concerning preliminary authorization, partial authorization and requests for authorizations. The Regulation further defines criteria and procedures for production, usage, storage and transportation of fuels and raw materials aiming at the control of emissions and air pollution within the zone of influence of the installation.
