Regulation amending the Harbours Regulation.

This Regulation amends the Harbours Regulation by making several minor changes in different articles and by repealing some paragraphs or adding some new clauses. Some of the amended articles are: Article. 4 concerning definitions, Article. 8 on general principles, Article. 10 on the rules of berthing and mooring of marine vessels, Article. 11 on clearances. This regulation further makes minor amendments in articles 13 and 14 concerning rules on pilotage, tugging, Article. 18 on the obligation to repost dangerous cargo, articles 20 and 21 on the disciplinary rules and prohibited activities concerning ships, other marine vessels and coastal resorts and Article 34 on principle and procedures regarding oil, fuel and water supply for marine vessels. The annex of the Harbours Regulation is also amended by this Regulation.
