Regulation amending the Harbours Regulation.

This Regulation amends the Harbours Regulation by making several minor changes in different articles and by repealing some paragraphs or adding some new clauses. The Regulation amends the first paragraph of Article 3 ‘the legal basis’; repeals Clause (ı) of the First paragraph of Article 10 and adds Clause (ğ) to the Paragraph 4 of Article 11 regarding cabotage zone. The Regulation further amends Article 13 and Article 14 regarding tankers and ships carrying hazardous substances of all kinds and it adds two new paragraphs to Article 14. The regulation further repeals Article 19; amends articles 31 and 33 on port administrative areas and makes minor changes in Annex 1 of the original Regulation.
