Abstract
This Regulation makes minor changes in “definitions” section in Article 4 of the Regulation. This Regulation amends Paragraph 1 of Article 13 regarding compulsory pilotage of vessels on arrival and departure, Paragraph 1 of Article 15 regarding amendments for compulsory pilotage of vessels on arrival and departure, Paragraph 3 of Article 18 regarding hazardous cargo, Article 20 regarding berthing, Article 22 regarding mooring, Article 39 regarding administrative sanctions for polluters, Article 41 regarding transport of dangerous load, Article 46 regarding abandoned vessels, Annexes I and II regarding port authorities, and Annexes III and IV regarding maps of maritime traffic.
