Regulation amending the Regulation on the arrangement of agricultural extension and advisory services.

This Regulation makes several amendments in the Regulation on the arrangement of agricultural publications and advisory services. The amendments in articles 4, 7 and 8 concerns the administrative and structural changes in the relevant Ministry and its departments. Amendments on Article. 11 of the Regulation concern the duties and responsibilities of the Technical Committee. The Regulation also amends articles 15, 16, 18 on training, exam and certification and issuance of certificates. The amended articles 19 and 20 setting out duties and responsibilities of agricultural publishers and consultants. The Regulation further amends articles 25, 26, 27 and 29 providing for penalties. Article. 2 and Annex. 3 of the Regulation on the arrangement of agricultural publications and advisory services is repealed by this Regulation.
