Abstract
This Regulation determines the rules and procedures of the implementation of agricultural publications and advisory services by non-governmental organizations, chambers of agriculture, agricultural consulting companies and free agricultural consultants. The Regulation also covers the rules and procedures on services such as, strategy and program development, training, certification, monitoring, evaluation and audit that, these institutions and organizations will give.
