Abstract
This Regulation repeals articles 10, 11, 16, 17, 19 and 25, as well as Paragraphs 4 ad 5 of Article 23 of the Regulation on the certification and promotion of renewable energy sources. Furthermore, this Regulation makes several changes in articles 12, 15, 18, 23, 26, 27 and 28 regarding tariff for the use of renewable energy sources by certified enterprises.
