Abstract
This Regulation amends Article 3 regarding the implementation of the Electricity Market Law No. 4628 and the Natural Gas Market Law No. 4646, Article 4 in “definitions” section, Article 7 regarding certification, Article 9 regarding application for certification and permit, Article 10 regarding issuance of certification, Article 11 regarding rights and obligations of certificate holder, Article 12 regarding rights and obligations of the authorized companies, Article 13 regarding certification fees, Article 15 regarding modification of certificates, Article 16 regarding renewal of certificates, Article 21 regarding inspection, and Article 24 regarding notifications. This Regulation adds Article 15/A regarding certification period. This Regulation repeals the Provisional Clauses 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.
