Regulation on certification in natural gas market.

This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles for certification of real and legal persons carrying out construction activities and services and engaged in natural gas market. Furthermore this Regulation sets forth provisions on obligations, authority, types and duration of certificate in Section II, procedures and principles of certification in Section III, modification, renewal, dissolution and termination of certificate in Section IV in First Part of the Regulation, general principles in Section I, confidentiality, control and complaints, sanctions, prohibition of transfer and notices in Section II, and provisional clauses in Section III of Second Part of the Regulation.
