Abstract
This Regulation amends the term ‘license’ used in articles 4,5, 7, 8, 10, 23, 27, 28 and 33, 34 of the Regulation concerning the control of packaging wastes, and substitutes it with the term ‘environmental license’. The Regulation further amends Article 32 on the rules and procedure of environmental licensing and repeals Article 35, Clause (ğ) of Article 34, Clause (ç) of Article 7 and Annex 6/A and 6/B.
